The components your fixtures are built from
Precision metal and acrylic parts — brackets, hooks, frames, risers, rails and signage components — manufactured to your drawings for fixture builders, installers and brands maintaining an estate.
Small parts, exact standards
Components are where fixture quality is decided: a hook that sags, a bracket that does not match its slot, an acrylic edge that clouds. We manufacture components to drawing tolerances, with finishes matched across batches, so parts from a repeat order drop into the fixtures already in your stores.
This line also serves maintenance: replacement shelves, hooks and acrylic parts for existing estates, produced against samples or drawings when the original supplier is no longer available.

Common questions
Before you enquire
Can you reproduce a component from a physical sample?
Usually, yes. We measure and draw the sample, produce a first article for your approval, and only then run the batch. Send clear photos first and we will confirm feasibility before you ship anything.
Do you keep our specifications for repeat orders?
Yes. Approved drawings and finish references are retained against your account so repeat batches match the originals.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP and DXF are ideal for manufacture; PDF drawings with dimensions also work. JPG/PNG references are fine for an initial feasibility check.
Can you match a component from a physical sample?
Yes. Send the sample with any critical dimensions; we measure it, produce a drawing for your approval, and quote against that specification before manufacturing.
