Identical fixtures, in every store, on schedule

Rollout manufacturing for brands and fixture companies: one approved prototype, disciplined batch production, per-store kitting and phased deliveries matched to your installation programme.

A rollout is a logistics problem with a product attached

The fixture is the easy part. A rollout succeeds on consistency — store 40 must receive exactly what store 1 approved — and on paperwork: every kit labelled, every carton matched to a store list, every phase shipped against the installation schedule.

We structure rollout production around your programme: a locked golden sample, batch-by-batch quality checks against it, kits assembled per store (including fixings and instructions), and delivery phases agreed before production starts.

What a typical project includes

  • Golden-sample approval that all batches are checked against
  • Per-store kitting: fixtures, fixings, graphics and instructions in one pack
  • Carton labelling matched to your store list and phase plan
  • Phased production and shipment aligned to installation dates
  • Spares allowance built into the programme for damage and changes

Common questions

Before you enquire

How do you keep later batches identical to the first?

Production runs against a retained golden sample and the locked specification. Each batch is checked against both before packing, and finish is verified against approved swatches.

Can deliveries be phased to match our installers?

Yes. Phasing is agreed before production: quantities per phase, destinations and dates. Kits are labelled by store and phase so site teams can work straight from the carton.

What happens if a store joins or leaves the programme mid-run?

Kitting is per store, so additions and removals are handled at the kit list level. Tell us as early as you can and we will adjust the remaining phases.

How do you keep fixtures identical across every store in a rollout?

Production runs against a retained golden sample approved by you. Batches are checked against it, and every carton is labelled with its store code and phase so each store receives the same kit.
