POP / POS displays that move product
Counter units, free-standing display units and point-of-sale structures engineered for fast assembly in store, high stock density and graphics that can change with every promotion.
Short campaign life, zero room for flimsy
POP displays are often the hardest-working structures in the store: shipped flat, assembled by store staff in minutes, loaded heavy, and expected to look sharp for the whole campaign. We engineer for exactly that — positive-locking assembly, shelves rated for the real product weight, and print surfaces that register accurately.
For repeat promotions, we design the structure once and re-skin it: replaceable header cards and side graphics let the same unit carry the next campaign without new tooling.
What a typical project includes
- Counter display units (CDU) and free-standing display units (FSDU)
- Dump bins, shelf trays, clip strips and gravity-feed options
- Replaceable header cards and graphics panels for re-skinning
- Assembly tested against a timed, instruction-only build
- Shipped flat with clear, graphic-led assembly instructions

Common questions
Before you enquire
Can the same unit be reused for the next promotion?
Yes — that is how we prefer to design them. The structure is built to last several campaigns; headers and graphic panels are separate, replaceable parts, so a re-skin costs a fraction of a new unit.
How do you make sure store staff can assemble it?
Every design is assembly-tested by someone who has never seen it, using only the printed instructions. If the test build is slow or ambiguous, the design or the instructions change before production.
Can displays ship pre-loaded with product?
Pre-packed display options can be discussed for suitable products. Tell us the product and route to store in your enquiry and we will confirm what is practical.
Can a POP display be re-skinned for the next campaign instead of replaced?
Yes — that is how the structures are designed. Header cards, side panels and shelf-edge graphics are replaceable, so the same metal or acrylic structure can carry successive promotions.
