Displays designed around the planogram
Category, seasonal and promotional displays built to hold the right facing count, restock in seconds and keep the range looking full from opening to close.
Built for the people who fill them
A merchandising display succeeds or fails at 7 a.m., when staff are replenishing under time pressure. We design loading and restocking into the structure: front-loading trays, gravity feed where it helps, dividers that keep facings honest, and shelf edges ready for pricing and POS strips.
We work from your planogram or category layout where you have one, and translate it into shelf counts, tray sizes and stock capacity per unit — so the manufactured display matches the range plan, not an approximation of it.
What a typical project includes
- Designs developed from planograms or range layouts
- Trays, dividers and gravity-feed options for fast replenishment
- Shelf-edge channels for pricing and promotional strips
- Seasonal variants on a shared structure to control cost
- Stock-capacity calculations supplied with the quotation

Common questions
Before you enquire
Can you work from our planogram?
Yes — a planogram is the best starting point. We convert facings and shelf layouts into a manufactured structure and confirm the resulting stock capacity per display before prototyping.
How do seasonal changes work?
The structure stays constant; headers, panels and tray configurations change. We plan the changeable elements at the design stage so seasonal updates are quick and inexpensive.
What if our range changes size mid-programme?
Adjustable dividers and shelf positions absorb most range changes. Tell us the likely variation and we will design the tolerance in.
Can you build a display directly from our planogram?
Yes. Facings, tray dimensions and units per display are calculated from your planogram or range list, and the prototype is checked against the actual product before production.
