Custom Manufacturing Process

Seven steps between your brief and the shop floor

A fixed, transparent process on every project — so you always know what stage your fixtures are at, what we need from you, and what happens next.

01

Brief & enquiry

You contact us by email or send a written brief via the RFQ form. Drawings, sketches and photos are shared by email once we agree how to send them securely. We confirm we have everything needed to engineer and price the work.

02

Engineering & quotation

We develop production-ready construction, select materials and finishes, and return a structured quotation with options where they genuinely save money.

03

Prototype

A full-size prototype is manufactured and checked: dimensions, load, stability, finish and timed assembly. Photos and measurements are shared for your review.

04

Approval & specification lock

Your feedback is built into the final specification — drawings, finishes and packing are locked, and the approved unit becomes the golden sample.

05

Production

Batch production runs against the locked specification, with in-process checks at fabrication, finishing and pre-assembly stages.

06

Quality control & packing

Finished units are inspected against the golden sample, then packed — flat-pack or assembled — and kitted and labelled per store where required.

07

Delivery

Goods are handed to your forwarder or shipped by arrangement, in phases matched to your installation programme for rollouts. Inspection evidence and packing photographs are available before dispatch.

What speeds everything up

Help us quote in days, not weeks

  • Drawings or dimensions — PDF, STEP or DXF if you have them; a dimensioned sketch works too.
  • Quantities and store count — even approximate numbers change the right construction.
  • Target date — production and shipping are planned backwards from your install date.
  • Finish references — a brand colour reference or a photo of the environment it must match.
