Checked against the sample you approved — not against memory
Quality at NICE-TECK is a comparison discipline: every batch is measured against the locked specification, the approved finishes and the golden sample.
Incoming materials
Steel, aluminium and acrylic are checked on arrival for grade, thickness and surface condition before they enter production.
In-process checks
Dimensions and welds are verified at fabrication; coating thickness and colour at finishing — while correction is still cheap.
Pre-shipment inspection
Finished units are compared with the golden sample: dimensions, finish, function, assembly and completeness of every kit.
Packing verification
Packing is checked as a product in itself: protection at contact points, carton strength, labels matched to the store list.
What you can verify from your side
- Inspection reports — dimensional and visual check results shared before shipment.
- Photographic evidence — finished units, kit contents and packed cartons.
- Third-party inspection welcome — your inspector or agency can attend pre-shipment; we schedule production around the booking.
- Sampling standards — batch sampling can be run to an agreed AQL level for larger programmes; tell us your standard at enquiry stage.
If something is wrong
Defects found at inspection are corrected before shipment — that is what the inspection is for. If an issue reaches you, tell us with photographs so we can agree on replacement parts or corrective production; the specification file is then updated so the cause cannot repeat.
